We have lots of spices. They go with every dish and add flavour. The fish sauce often goes perfectly with a bit of kumquat and look at our little girl, squeezing kumquat like a true Vietnamese! 🇻🇳
There's nothing like munching on some fried spring rolls while wandering around Hanoi's street ☺️
